Age Requirements:

Over 18's event! (please bring a valid for of ID!)

Location:

Parking:

Available on-site for £10 per car on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Opening Times:

Doors open at 6pm and close at 10.30pm.

Entry Deadline:

Please ensure you enter the event by 20:00 as we enforce a strict last entry policy with no re-entry.

Ticket Information:

Advance tickets are required as most events sell out. Enter any discount codes at the time of purchase as we cannot apply them retrospectively. Tickets are non-refundable.

eTickets are sent to your purchase email. If you need them resent, please contact our ticket issuer (Fatsoma). Click here!

Do I Need to Print My Ticket?

No, you can save trees! We can scan tickets directly from your phone.

Will I Need ID?

Yes, you must be over 18 and show a photo ID if purchasing alcohol. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.

Can I Bring My Pet?

No pets are allowed except for registered assistance dogs.

Food and Drinks:

No external food or drinks are allowed inside the event premises. We offer a variety of food and beverage options for purchase inside. An empty water bottle under 500ml is also allowed and can be refilled for free at designated water stations. Only specific medical dietary requirements are allowed, with prior confirmation from our team.

Payment Methods at the Event:

Our events are cashless. Bars and food vendors accept contactless and chip and pin payments.

Camera Policy:

Personal photography is allowed, but commercial use requires prior arrangement. Large lenses and tripods are not permitted.

First Aid:

First Aid services are available throughout the event. Contact any staff or security member for assistance.

Seating Options:

Chairs and blankets are permitted at all events.

Audio Recorders, Cameras, and Disposable Vapes: Small personal cameras (lens <6 inches) and audio recorders are allowed; professional equipment is prohibited.
Chairs, Stools, Inflatable Loungers: Permitted to enhance your comfort.
Cigarettes for personal use. Excessive amounts will be confiscated.
Flags, Umbrellas: Small flags and personal umbrellas are allowed.
Medications: Allowed with a doctor's note/prescription or if packaging is unbroken.
Selfie Sticks: Capture your moments conveniently.

Prohibited Items:

Alcohol is not allowed.
Aerosols, Air Horns, Megaphones: Not allowed for safety reasons.
Unauthorized Goods: Items with unauthorized festival logos or intended for unauthorized trading.
Balloons, Blow Torches, Drones: These items pose safety risks.
Disposable BBQs, Non-Disposable BBQs, Petrol Burners: Fire hazards are strictly prohibited.
Glass Containers: No glass allowed.
Illegal Substances, Legal Highs, Nitrous Oxide: Strictly forbidden, including associated paraphernalia.
Portable Laser Equipment, Spray Cans, Unauthorized Solicitation Materials: To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
Generators, Gazebos
Large Sound Systems, Skateboards, Scooters, Personal Vehicles: To maintain safety and space for all attendees.
